James Lloyd Anderson

James Lloyd Anderson, 78 of Stephenville, died Friday, October 19, 2012 in Temple. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Sunday, October 21st, at the Field of Honor at West End Cemetery with Roy Eller officiating. Services are under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. James was born on July 5, 1934 in Duffau to the late Lloyd and Rhoda Nelms Anderson. He served in the U. S. Navy, a member of the Church of Christ, and had lived many years in Erath County. James was a truck driver. Survivors include his son, Kenneth and wife Christy Anderson of Fort Worth; daughters, Jeanie Neal of Livingston, TX, Lynn Garrison of Cleveland, TX, and Melinda Trip of Splendora, TX; granddaughters, Lara Anderson and Tiffany Underwood; sisters, Janette Goodman of Stephenville and Rebecca Hasenbeck of Houston Besides his parents, James was also preceded in death by a daughter, Tammy Underwood; and a sister, Lola Marie Hasenbeck. Family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Erath County United Way.
