Helen Watson Hallmark

Helen Watson Hallmark, 84, of Stephenville, died Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 1st at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Hannah officiating. Burial will follow at Huckabay Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Helen was born on May 22, 1931 in Erath County to the late William Oscar and Minnie Tolbert Watson. She married John David ‘J. D.' Hallmark on October 9, 1948 in DeLeon. He preceded her in death on April 3, 2006. Helen was a member of the Baptist faith, and was a lifelong resident of Erath County. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her sons, Michael and wife Sandra Hallmark of Dublin, Dale and wife Sue Hallmark of Dumas, and Don Hallmark of Stephenville; brother, William Oscar Watson of Great Falls, Montana; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
