George W. (Bill) Ogan

Stephenville George W. (Bill) Ogan, 71, died Saturday, May 16, 2009 in Fort Worth. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Mike Fritscher officiating. Interment will follow at the Lower Greens Creek Cemetery in Erath County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Monday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Bill was born on May 9, 1938 in Stephenville to the late George and Opal Standridge Ogan. He married Elsie Marie Eoff on March 14, 1986 in Dublin. He was a lifelong resident of Stephenville and was a Baptist. Bill was a farmer and a mechanic. Bill is survived by his wife, Marie Ogan of Stephenville; two aunts, Dorothy Beckworth and Wynama Cargill both of Haltom City, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Betty Jo.
