Gary Don Chandler

Gary Don Chandler, 59, of Stephenville, died Thursday, January 01, 2009, in Granbury. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Cowboy Church with Rev. Werth Mayes officiating. Gary was born July 15, 1949, in Lipan, to D. C. and Patricia Murrell Chandler. Gary graduated from Stephenville High School, and received his BS degree from Tarleton State University. Gary married Marcia Lightcap, February 2, 1974 in San Antonio. He was a member of the Cowboy Church, and had lived 50 years in Stephenville. He was in Agriculture Sales. Gary is survived by his wife of 35 years, Marcia; two daughters and sons-in-law, Shawna and Jody Glasgow, Paige and Josh Rohde; mother, Patricia Chandler; grandchildren, Chandler Glasgow, Addison Rohde, and Chase Rohde; brother and sister-in-law, Rusty and Janice Chandler; sister and brother-in-law, Deniese and Dale Fischbach. Family wish expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
