SERVICE TIMES CHANGED FOR GAILEN PARKER 3:00 PM SUNDAY at Morgan Mill United Methodist Church Graveside services: NOON MONDAY in Arlington Morgan Mill Gailen Parker, 66 of Morgan Mill, passed away Tuesday, February 24, 2015 in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM SUNDAY, MARCH 1st at Morgan Mill United Methodist Church with Rev. Stacy Roberts officiating. Burial with Masonic Rites will be at NOON MONDAY at Moore Memorial Gardens in Arlington, Texas. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Gailen was born on April 13, 1948 in Dallas, Texas to the late Charleton and Kathryne Chennault Parker. He married Debra Smith on November 26, 1971 in Arlington, where they made their home for many years before moving to Morgan Mill about 13 years ago. Gailen was a member of the Morgan Mill United Methodist Church, Arlington Masonic Lodge 438 A.F. & A.M., and Arlington Eastern Star #249. Gailen is survived by his wife, Debra Parker; sons, Adam Parker and Timothy Parker; grandson, Aaron Burch-Parker; brother, Nelson Parker; father-in-law, David Smith. The Parker family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Morgan Mill UMC Endowment or the American Heart Association.
