Frances Williams March 5, 1927--March 30, 2017 Frances Williams, 90, of Stephenville, died Thursday, March 30, 2017, in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, April 1st, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with David Bearden and Don Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. Frances was born on March 5, 1927 in Stephenville to the late Henry and Lillie Faye Jones Williams. She was a graduate of Stephenville High School, and attended Tarleton State College, and received her degree in Math and Chemistry from the University of Texas. She moved to Houston, and spent several years employed with Teledyne Corporation. Frances retired and moved back to Stephenville over twenty five years ago. She was very active in Churches of Christ in Houston and the Graham Street Church of Christ in Stephenville. Survivors include her brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Sue Williams of Stephenville; nephew, Charles Damon Williams of Ovilla, and niece, Susan Williams of Stephenville; and several cousins. The Williams family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to Foster's Home for Children, P. O. Box 978, Stephenville, Texas 76401.
