Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM ,Friday October 30 , 2015 at the Morton Chapel Cemetery in Erath County with Dennis Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Morton Chapel Cemetery in Erath County. Frances was born on January 20, 1951 in Borger, TX to Byron and Mary Cox. She has resided in Breckenridge, TX and New Mexico for the past six years after previously residing most of her life in Stephenville, TX. Frances was a member of New Life Restoration Church in Breckenridge, TX. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Richard Noack; Shad Parum and wife Sharon; Jathan Moon; Gina Morton; mother, Mary Cox; siblings, Dale, Kyle, Byron, and James Cox; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her father, Byron Cox.
