Frances Edwards

Stephenville Frances Edwards, 78, of Stephenville, died Monday, February 21, 2011 in Arlington. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, Thursday, February 24, 2011 at Hillcrest Church of Christ with David Harris officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Frances was born March 11, 1932 in Stephenville to the late Sterling and Kathleen Nichols Bills. She married Oliver Glenn Edwards on February 26, 1945 in Stephenville. He preceded her in death July 19, 2007. Frances was a member of the Church of Christ, and had lived several years in Fort Worth and Abilene. She was a homemaker who enjoyed making crafts and reading the Bible. Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Awad of Hurst and Debbie Howell of Mansfield; grandchildren, Majed and wife Natalie Awad, Amanda and husband James Brown, Moffeed Awad, Brigitte and husband Adam Voigts, Christian Diaz, Quin Howell, and Jeremy Wolf; great grandchildren, Seema Brown, Thomas Brown, and Gavin Voigts; siblings, S. R. Bills, Jr., Buddy Bills, and Jackie Hankins. Frances was also preceded in death by two daughters, Glenda Wolf and Frankie Edwards
