Fran Mcinroe Logan

Mabel Frances ‘Fran' McInroe Logan, 77, of Stephenville, passed away, Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in Glen Rose Nursing Home. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 4th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel, with Don Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Fran was born on October 2, 1936 in Huckabay to the late Dwight and Mary Ellen Walker McInroe. She attended Huckabay High School then moved to the DFW Metroplex. She worked for C & H Contact Lens in Dallas for 21 years, and then came home to retire in Stephenville. She always enjoyed traveling, bingo, antiquing, and garage sales. She also spent her spare time sewing, crafting, solving puzzles, working in her yard, and tending to her cats. Survivors include her daughter, Mary and husband Antone Cepak of Granbury; son Bobby Lowe of Granbury; grandsons, Bradlee Cole, Nathan and wife Tara Cole, B. J. and wife Holly Lowe; great grandchildren, Brody and Parker Cole, and Jaxson Lowe; sisters, Evelyn and husband Kenneth Wylie of Stephenville, and Sandra Davis of Stephenville. Besides her parents, Fran was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy McInroe. The Logan family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Alzheimer's Association or the Foster's Home for Children.
