Foy James Knick Sr, 82, of Cleburne, Texas, took his last breath of earthly air and went to live in his mansion in the sky on February 25, 2025. He was born on October 7, 1942 in Eastland, Texas to Arnold Lee Knick and Mara Nell Carpenter. Visitation will be at Stephenville Funeral Home on March 14, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., followed by a graveside service at the West End Cemetery in Stephenville, Texas.
He loved his family and the Lord and was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a welder by trade and then enjoyed many years of retirement, where he lived his best life. He enjoyed animals and rescued and cared for multiple dogs over the years.
He was predeceased by his Mother, Father, and his sister, Dannie Pugh. He is survived by his three sons, Ricky Knick of Keller, Texas; Foy “Jim” Knick Jr. of Cleburne, Texas and Luther Wayne Knick of Cleburne, Texas, as well as the following grandchildren, Zackary (Lyla) Knick of Cleburne, Texas; Whitney (Luke) Kilpatrick of Fort Worth, Texas; Brooke (Clint) Biggs of Aledo, Texas; Blake Knick of Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Courtney Burge of Fort Worth, Texas, 5 great-grandchildren and 2 nieces, Christi (Jack) Porter of Amarillo, Texas and Gina (Billy) Teague of Alvarado, Texas.
