Eugene Lee Williamson August 4, 1916-January 15, 2016 Eugene Lee Williamson, 99, of Stephenville, died Friday, January 15, 2016 in Weatherford. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Monday, January 18th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Bryce Vandiver officiating. Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Sunday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Lee was born on August 4, 1916 in Morgan Mill to the late Walter and Ruth Earp Williamson. He married JoAnn Howell Walker on December 31, 1968 in Stephenville. She preceded him in death on January 10, 2012. Lee served his country during WWII in the U. S. Navy, was a member of the Baptist church, and had lived most of his life in Erath County. He was a retired insurance salesman. Survivors include his daughters, Genia and husband Bryce Vandiver of Cresson, Rhonda and husband Ricky Camacho of Weatherford, and Cindy Golliday of Weatherford; grandchildren, Allyson Bay, Amber Golliday, Phillip Vandiver, and Jarod Vandiver; great grandchildren, Justin Golliday, Garrett Golliday, and Ireland Woods. Besides his parents, and wife, Lee was also preceded in death by grandsons, John Tracy Golliday, Daniel Selman, and Samuel Vandiver; and by a brother, Dick Williamson.
