Ernestine Hickey Stacy November 18, 1934-June 23, 2015 Ernestine Hickey Stacy, 80, of Stephenville, died Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Stephenville. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, June 25th at West End Cemetery with Weldon Branham officiating. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Ernestine was born on November 18, 1934 in Lingleville to the late Ernest Benjamin and Lola Pearl Cutler Hickey. She graduated from Lingleville High School. Ernestine married Holly Stacy on August 19, 1952 in Dublin. She was a homemaker, antique dealer, and a lifelong resident of Erath County. Survivors include her husband, Holly, daughters, Carla and husband Rick Trussell of Stephenville, Kaye and husband Ron Quinn of DeLeon, and Leslie and husband Dan Peterson of Aledo; grandchildren, Daron Trussell of Stephenville, Lindsay and husband Max DeLeon of McAllen, Jeremy and wife Kristy Quinn of Joshua, Dusty and wife Leah Quinn of DeLeon, Tarren Peterson of Washington, D.C., and Holly Peterson of Aledo; great grandchildren, Aiden DeLeon, Wyatt DeLeon, Miller, Granger, and Chandler Quinn, and Makenna Quinn The Stacy family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Stephenville Historical House Museum, or to the Erath County Humane Society
