Emilia Alvarez Bovero August 15, 1927 - February 5, 2018 Emilia Avarez Bovero, 90, of Stephenville, passed away Monday, February 05, 2018 in Stephenville. Emilia was born on August 15, 1927 in Montevideo, Uruguay to the late Benigno and Celia Colfield Alvarez. She was a homemaker raising her three children. Emilia has resided in Stephenville since 1997 after previously living in California. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Graziella Sadler and husband Wendell of Bluff Dale; son, Ricardo Bovero and wife Jeanine of Tampa, FL; daughter, Gina Delios and husband Kosta of Mougins, France; grandchildren, Isabella Bovero, Giovanna Bovero, Mario Bovero, Giorgio Delios, Alexander Delios, Giuliana Delios, Marisa Schouten, Gerrit Schouten, and Brent Schouten; and six great-grandchildren. Emilia was a professional skater of considerable skill. She garnered many accolades in her native Uruguay. In later years, Ms. Bovero was content to raise her children and serve as maternal leader to her extended family. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
