Edna Pack Stewart

Edna Pack Stewart, 89, of Stephenville, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend, died Tuesday, April 7, 2009 in Fort Worth. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Steve Holston of the Oak Dale Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home Edna was born to April 28, 1919 in Erath County to the late Thomas Houston and Rose Lorine Laughlin Pack. She married Sterling Price Stewart, May 25, 1936 in Stephenville. He preceded her in death May 2, 1995. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her son, Bob J. and wife Paula Stewart of Fort Worth; daughter-in-law, Linda Stewart of Stephenville; grandson, Kevin and wife Ember Stewart of Glen Rose; granddaughters, Margaret and husband Mark Daily of Richardson, Melanie and husband Eric Kibodeaux of Fort Worth, Leah and husband Trey Robertson of Breckenridge, Teddi and husband Doug Wiggins of Fort Worth, and Peppi and husband Fred Lausen of Houston; 14 great grandchildren; brother Arvel L. Pack of Stephenville; and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a son, Phillip; by four brothers and 3 sisters. Family wish expressions of sympathy may be made in form of donations to the charity of the donor's choice.
