Edna Phinney

Edna Phinney, 82, of Stephenville passed away Monday July 22, 2008 in Stephenville. Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday, July 26, 2008 at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Erath County. Edna was born on February 23, 1926 in Ackerly, Texas to the late Loyd and Mable Stewart. She married Harry Lawton Phinney on April 10, 1947 in Big Spring and he preceded her in death on May 5, 1982. Edna was a member of the Riverside Baptist Church in Stephenville and has resided in Stephenville since 1974. Edna is survived by a son Mike Phinney and wife Paula of Stephenville; and several cousins. Memorials may be made to the Erath County Humane Society
