Edith Louise Wooley Nicholas

Edith Louise Wooley Nicholas, 90, of Stephenville, passed away, on Monday, February 2, 2015, in Stephenville. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Thursday, February 5th at Holly Hills Cemetery in Granbury. Services are under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. Edith was born on March 13, 1924 in Stephenville, to the late Clarence and Leola Mooney Wooley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dean A. Nicholas in 1988. She lived several years in Canyon and Granbury, and has spent the last 25 years in Stephenville. She was in the banking business. Survivors include her daughter, Dena Ann and her husband, Bernard Allen Smith of Stephenville; grandson, Ty Christian and wife Racheal Yvonne Smith of Stephenville; great grandchildren, Kellen and Marley Smith; sister-in-law, Mary Ruth Wooley of Stephenville; and several nieces and nephews. Edith was also preceded in death by a brother, Doug William Wooley; sister, Patsy Wooley Skillman; and by a nephew, Douglas William Wooley, Jr.
