Edia Lou McInroe Gardner, 87, a long time Erath County resident, died on Thursday, January 22, 2020 in Burleson.
Edia Lou was born on August 5, 1932 in Erath County to the late Jack and Grace Alexander McInroe. She married John Gardner on December 27, 1955 in Huckabay. John preceded her in death September 10, 2007. Edia Lou was a member of the Baptist faith. She was a hair dresser, homemaker, and loved to cook. She lived most of her life in Erath County.
Edia Lou is survived by two sons, Delton Ball of Rising Star, and Johnny Gardner of Seguin; grandchildren, Sabra and husband John Barbaria, Payden Gardner, and Scott and wife Yolanda Black; several great grandchildren; and a lifelong friend, Bob Lowe of Burleson.
Besides her parents, and husband, John; Lou was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Fulfer and Sue Taylor; and a brother, Jerry McInroe.
