Dwain Sechrist

Raymond Dwain SeChrist, Jr, 55, of Dublin, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 in Fort Worth. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Friday, March 17th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Ronnie Horton officiating. Burial will follow at New Dublin, Live Oak Cemetery in Dublin. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Dwain was born on February 27, 1962, in Hico to the late Raymond Dwain, Sr. and Joyce Evelyn Cook SeChrist. He married Denise McAlister on October 12, 1996, in Stephenville. Dwain was a truck driver, a member of the First Assembly Church in Dublin, and a lifelong resident of Erath County. Survivors include his wife, Denise; sons, Dustin, Jacob, Logan, and Jaylon; sister, Judy and husband Bob Bissonnette of Stephenville; sister-in-law, Cara Lingle of Hico; nephews, Dennis and David Bissonnette of Stephenville, Jeffery Kapule of Stephenville and Robert Ordonez of Hico. Besides his parents, Dwain was also preceded in death by a twin sister, Elaine Kapule in 2000.
