Donald W. Moyer

Donald W. Moyer, 71, of Dublin, died Monday, May 5, 2014, in Stephenville. Memorial services will be held at 1:30 P. M., Wednesday, May 14th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with a visitation with the Moyer family to follow after the memorial service. Donald was born on September 25, 1942 in Guelph, Ontario, Canada to the late Herbert Russell and Myrtle Purchbacher Moyer. He was a member of the Zion United Church in Canada. Donald spent many years of his life in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, and had lived the past 34 years in Dublin. He was a dairy farmer and a cattle fitter. Survivors include his children, Karen Louise Scully and husband Ken Siegrist of Creemore, Ontario, Canada, Michael Scott Moyer and wife Christine of Huntsville, Ontario, Canada, Adam Lee Moyer and wife Janice of San Antonio, Brandon Thomas Moyer of San Antonio, Ashley Chantel Thompson and husband Anthony of Granbury, Brittany Elizabeth Dalley and husband Justin of Stephenville, and Caitlin Nichole Moyer of Dublin; grandchildren, Makayla and Ethan Moyer, Angela, James, and Tyler Bryan, and Ryleigh Moyer; great grandchild, Brantley Bryan; ex-wife, Linda Moyer of Dublin; and a brother, Larry Russell Moyer of Canada Besides his parents, Donald was also preceded in death by a sister, Rosa Lee Bietz.
