Don Kolar, 72, died Tuesday, January 22, 2019 in Stephenville.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 25th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Chris Roberson officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Dale Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursday at Stephenville Funeral Home.
Don was born on February 1, 1946 in Corpus Christi to the late Frank and Leona Hartmann Kolar. He spent most of his life in the Fort Worth/White Settlement area. Don loved the outdoors, and loved to fish. Don spent most of his life in construction doing drywall and painter.
Survivors include his children, Mike and wife Renee Kolar of Lake Worth, Donna and husband Charlie Elston, Karen Henry and Michael Pruitt of Jacksboro, and Tim Kolar of Azle; grandchildren, Kenzie and husband Kody Krause; Emily, Hannah and Holly Kolar; great grandson, Kutter Krause; sisters, Dorothy and husband Jimmy Dishman, Kathy Morrison, and Pat Burnett; brother, Junior and wife Tammye Kolar; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Don was also preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Kolar.
