Don Joaquin Pursley

Don Joaquin Pursley, 68, of Stephenville, died Wednesday, March 2, 2022.

Don was born on January 21, 1954, to the late Bobby Pursley and Joann Carter Pursley, in Stephenville, Texas. Don was a beloved father, husband, grandfather, and colleague.

Don grew up and spent a majority of his life in Stephenville, Texas, graduating from Stephenville High School. After graduation Don joined the workforce, working for companies such as Norton and AMPI until his retirement. Don was most assuredly a great worker and colleague, but an even better husband and father. He married the love of his life, Christine Collins, and raised his son Joshua. Thereafter, he would also become a loving and caring grandfather whose hobbies included gardening, fishing and muscle cars.

Don is survived by his wife, Christine, of Stephenville; son, Joshua and wife, Amanda, of Dublin; grandchildren, Kinley Pursley, of Dublin; as well as nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings.
