Don Max Brown

Don was born on February 20, 1955 in Dublin, to Leon and Eldreda Hogg Brown. He married Jan Gazaway on July 4, 2005 in Utopia, Tx. Don graduated from Stephenville High School in 1973, and received his BS degree from Tarleton State in 1978. Don spent many years of his life as a dairyman, coach, and farmer. He loved helping everyone he came in contact with. Don is survived by his wife, Jan; mother, Eldreda Brown of Stephenville; daughters, Katy Jae Brown of Stephenville and Emmy Jo and husband Zack Hooper of Stephenville; step-daughter, Kassie and husband Trey Milner of Stephenville; grandchildren, Jaedyn Rylee and Kamryn Rece; step-grandchild, Jett Emerson Milner; brother, David Leon and wife Pat Brown of Gorman; and sister, Tootie and husband Butch Cavitt of Stephenville; and several nieces and nephews. Don was preceded in death by his father, Leon Brown in 1987. The Brown family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
