Dennis Harold Woolsey

Dennis Harold Woolsey, 62, of Stephenville, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009 in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, August 1st at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Donna Bowman officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Dennis was born September 7, 1946 in Lynwood, California to the late Harold and Mary Ann Kelleher Woolsey. He married Linda Frisby, on December 30, 1966 in Barstow, California. Dennis grew up in Barstow, California, and lived most of his life in Victorville, California. He moved to Stephenville in December. Dennis worked over 35 years as a State Farm Insurance Agent. Survivors include his wife, Linda; daughter, Sara and husband Steve Vanden Berge of Stephenville; grandchildren, D. J., Aaron, and Brooklynn Vanden Berge of Stephenville; brothers, Ron and wife Betsy Woolsey and Rich and wife Hilda Gabriel all of Reno, Nevada; sister, Cathy and husband Bill Blevins of Barstow, California; numerous nieces, nephews, and many special friends. Family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, or CCS Hospice.
