Debra Jean Stocks

Debra Jean Stocks, 53, of Bluff Dale, passed away Wednesday February 27, 2008 in Dublin. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday, March 1, 2008 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Rock Church Cemetery in Hood County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, February 29, 2008 at Stephenville Funeral Home. Debra was born on March 5, 1954 in Fort Worth to the late William Stanley Neal and to Kathleen Hopkins. Debra married Floyd S. Stocks on August 26, 1972 in Erath County. She was a member of the Cedar Point Baptist Church and has resided in Erath County most of her life. She was a homemaker. She is survived by her husband Floyd S. Stocks of Bluff Dale; daughters, Kathleen Victory and Wes of Bluff Dale, Angela Cannon and husband Darrow of Stephenville, Janie Jacobs and husband Charles "Shorty" of Bluff Dale; mother Kathleen Hopkins of Azle; brothers, Glenn Neal, Terry Salter, Roger Salter, John Salter, and James Salter; grandchildren, Jacquilyn Staton, Keshia Staton, William and B.J. Walker, Dylan, Jacob, and Jesse Knight-Jacobs; great-grandchild, Joey Rodriguez; she is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by a grandson Neal Staton, father William Stanley Neal and step-father, Arlin "Salty" Salter.
