David Glenn Melton

David Glenn Melton, 57, of Stephenville, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013, in Stephenville. Graveside services will be held at 3:30 PM Sunday at Ramsay Cemetery in Erath County. Services under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. David was born on October 5, 1955 in Dublin to Herschel and Lillie Mae Taylor Melton. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran. David worked in construction, a member of Riverside Baptist Church, and was a lifelong resident of Erath County. Survivors include his mother, Lillie Mae Taylor of Stephenville; brothers and sister, James and wife Alisa Melton of Stephenville, Paul and wife Minor Melton of Stephenville; Martha and husband John Brock of Stephenville, and John and wife Karla Melton of Jefferson City, Missouri; several nieces and nephews. David was preceded in death by his father, Herschel Melton
