Danielle Prosise

Danielle Prosise, 55, of Stephenville, died Saturday, January 17, 2009 in Fort Worth. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, January 21, 2009, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Mike Fritscher and Reverend Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Stephenville Funeral Home. Danielle was born December 21, 1953 in Refugio, Texas. She was the CEO and General Partner of Mi Familia Restaurants. She attended the Cowboy Church, and had lived several years in Stephenville. Danielle was an organ and tissue donor. Danielle is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Tasha Prosise of Granbury and Tommy and Tanya Prosise of Stephenville; mother, Phillis Matchett of Chandler, Ind.; sister and brother-in-law, Katherine and Terry Parkinson of Chandler, Ind.; brothers and sisters-in-law, E. C. and Susan Day of Deer Park, TX, Bill Day of Cleveland, TX, Buddy and Sue Tettenhorst of Galena Park, TX, Leonard and Donna Day of Dayton, TX, and Phillip and Trish Day of Splendora, TX; uncle and aunt, Mack and Gaytha Minor of Splendora; grandchildren, Hayden, Chessney, Baylor, Layne, Brooke, Racheal, Jack, and Chealse; and numerous friends.
