Dr. Karl Dan Moser, 70, of Little River Club, AR died Tuesday, August 27, 2013 in Brookewood Nursing & Rehab Center, De Queen, Arkansas. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, August 31st at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville, with Mike Hannah officiating. Visitation will be held 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Dan was born to Ralph and Geneva Lincoln Moser in Stephenville, Erath County, Texas, on June 22, 1943. He graduated from Stephenville High School in 1961 and then the University of Texas. He received his doctorate degree from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas Texas. He did his pathology residency in Little Rock, Arkansas, and practiced clinical and anatomical pathology in Texarkana, Texas and Arkansas. He also did his residency in family practice and practiced in Arkansas, before finally retiring to Little River Country Club. He was a Methodist and enjoyed fishing, playing golf, and hunting. He is survived by a son, Karl Jason Moser of Texarkana, Texas, a daughter,Aindrea Jill Moser of Dallas, Texas, two grandchildren, Catherine Moser and Logan Moser both of Denton, Texas, one brother and sister-in-law, John and Barbara Moser of Stephenville, Texas, as well as other family members.
