Cory Lane Voorhies

Cory Lane Voorhies, 29, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 in Fort Worth. Graveside Service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday Nov. 15, 2009 at the West End Cemetery in Stephenville with Harry Brown officiating. Under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. Cory was born on Feb. 12, 1980 in Ranger, Texas. He was a resident of Stephenville most of his life, and lived in Fort Worth the past ten years. Cory was a food service manager and a Baptist. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Kay and Wayne Hayes of Stephenville; brother and sister-in-law Cody and Kristi Voorhies of Stephenville; sister and brother-in-law Brooke and Rusty Schmidt of Grandview; grandparents; Buddy and Virginia Bills of Stephenville; Bill Voorhies of Stephenville; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Judy Bills.
