Cis Rasberry (Fran) Ratliff

Francis (Fran) Rasberry Ratliff, 65 of Tolar, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2013, in Granbury. Francis' desire was to be cremated with no memorial services. Services are under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home Francis was born on June 6, 1948, in Stephenville to Carl Richard and Edna Lois Hopper Rasberry. She was retired from St. Gobain, and had lived the past 40 years in Tolar. Survivors include her mother, Edna Rasberry of Morgan Mill; son, Richard and wife Carol Ratliff; grandson, Brandon Ratliff; and great grandson Louden Ratliff all of Cottonwood Falls, Kansas; brothers, Ricky and wife Diane Rasberry of Morgan Mill, Kevin and wife Mary Jane Rasberry of Mineral Wells; sister-in-law, JoAnn Ratliff of Tolar; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. Francis was preceded in death by her husband, Ike Ratliff; and sisters, Wanda Howell and Joan Rasberry. The Ratliff family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the donor's favorite charity.
