Charles 'Chuck' Schneider

Charles ‘Chuck’ Schneider, 74, of Stephenville passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022.

Funeral services for Chuck will be 1:00 PM Saturday, November 19th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will follow at East Memorial Cemetery in Stephenville.  Visitation with the Schneider will be 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Chuck was born in Canyon, Texas on November 27, 1947, but lived most of his youth in Hereford, Texas.  He attended North Texas State University with a degree in Business Management.

Chuck started working for Fibergrate Corp. in January 1970, in Addison, Texas.  He transferred to the Stephenville facility in 1976.  Chuck was a dedicated worker for Fibergrate for a record 44 years.  During the 1990’s he was an avid hiker.

Chuck became a devoted Catholic and helped teach RCIA groups and was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Chuck married September 12, 1971 to Kathryn Byerly of Coleman, Texas, a marriage of 51 years.

Chuck is survived by his wife, Kathryn; daughter, Heather; son, Paul; and five grandchildren, Courtney, Bradley, Gunner, Amanda, and David.
