Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 15th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. Celia was born on March 25, 1943 in Gorman to the late Porter and Lucille Key Hallmark. She married Levi Hatley, Jr. on October 26, 1961 in Gustine. Levi preceded her in death on August 6, 1996. Celia was a member of Harvey Baptist Church, and a lifelong resident of Erath County. She retired after several years with the Stephenville ISD as a cafeteria employee. Survivors include her sons Jimmy and wife Lachelle Hatley, and Scott Hatley grandchildren, Troy and wife Holly Curtis, Chris and wife Melissa Hatley, Mat and wife Karissa Hatley, Monica and husband Tony Garcia, Amanda Hatley, and Nicholas Hatley; great grandchildren, Ethan, Drew, Zoey, Gavin, Madeline, Jude, Xander, Finn, Dean, A. J., Kaylee, Dani Jane, Sam, Hope, and Celia; brothers, Carlton and wife Doris Hallmark, and Joe and wife Donna Cole.
