Carol G. Morrison

Carol G. Morrison, 76, of Stephenville passed away Saturday, July 14, 2012 at a local hospital. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday at the Stephenville Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Hannah officiating. Interment will follow at Pony Creek Cemetery in Erath County. Visitation:Tuesday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Funeral Home Carol was born on February 12, 1936 in Fairy, Texas to the late John Hall Morrison and Edith Pitts. He married Taletha Hyles in October 26, 2007 in Hico, Texas. Carol was lifelong resident of Erath County and was a Dairyman. Carol is survived by his wife Taletha; children, Judy Kelly, Christy Ervin, Billy Morrison, Chrystal Grimsley, Christopher Hyles, Byron Hyles; brother, Gene Morrison and wife Pat; 17 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, a niece and a nephew. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Morrison and his second wife, Barbara Morrison. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the charity of your choice.
