Carlyn Joann Dalton

Carlyn Joann Dalton, 69, of Stephenville, TX, died Monday, March 1, 2010 at her home after a courageous battle with cancer. A memorial service will be held at the Faith Lutheran Church in Stephenville at 2 P.M., Sunday, March 7. Pastor Thomas R. Konz will officiate. She was born in Nordheim, TX to Herman and Olivia Schroedter. She married Luther Dalton in Farmington, NM and resided in San Juan County for 47 years before moving to Stephenville. Survivors include her husband, Luther Dalton; two sons, Andrew Dalton and Bradford Dalton; three brothers, Parry Schroedter, Roy Schroedter, and Bobby Schroedter; two sisters, Glenda Fay Gardner and Linda Kay Carter; six grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her mother and father, a brother, and two sisters. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society.
