Callie Jo Ann Langston

Callie JoAnn Langston was born August 22, 1933 to Bessie Oscar and Ethel May Turner in Taylor County. She married Jimmy Odell Langston on May 27, 1950. JoAnn was a member of the Church of Christ and a lifelong resident of Texas. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Don Parker officiating. JoAnn is survived by son, Jerry Langston and wife Gayle of Santa Fe, New Mexico; daughter, Sherrie Barton of Stephenville, Texas; son, Clyde Langston and wife Sharrie of Mustang, OK; grandchildren, Gerald Barton and wife Kendra of Parker, Colorado; J.J. Barton and wife Lacy of Bluff Dale, Texas; Shathar Bates and husband Ryan of Mustang, Oklahoma; Cortney Langston and wife Nicole of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Jylene Leegard of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; great-grandchildren, Tyler Barton, Cole Barton, Tanner Barton, Austin Barton, Lana Barton, Langston Bates, Collison Bates, Kellen Bombach, Wren Langston; and numerous nieces and nephews. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie Oscar and Ethel Turner, brothers Elmer, Kenneth, Roy and J.B.; sisters, Ida V, Lillian, Gola, Vivian and Maudie, and husband Jimmy Langston.
