Buran Myrl Henry

Buran Myrl Henry, 64, of Stephenville passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2023 in Stephenville.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, June 3, 2023 at the Erath Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Stephenville with Paul McQuerry officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at the Stephenville Funeral Home.

Buran was born on November 10, 1958 to the late Burton Henry and Carolyn Ross Henry in Gorman, Texas. He married Rebecca Smith on October 4, 1991 in Stephenville and were married for 31 years.  Buran worked as a sacker for HEB for 21 years and was a member of the Valley Grove Baptist Church in Stephenville.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Henry of Stephenville; sisters, Brenda Treadwell and husband Bobby of Santo, and Belinda Echeverria and husband Steve of Santo; niece, Jennifer McMurry; nephews, Randy Treadwell, and Nathon Secrest; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and loving friends.

Buran was preceded in death by his parents, Burton and Carolyn Henry; a sister, Barbara Secrest; and a niece, Becky Treadwell.

Memorials may be made in Buran Henry’s name to the Valley Grove Baptist Church in Stephenville.
