Bruce Glenn Morton

Bruce Glenn Morton, 58, of Stephenville, died Tuesday, December 25, 2007, at Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, December 27, 2007 at Morton Chapel Cemetery near Morgan Mill. Bruce was born November 24, 1949, in Stephenville to John Estel and France Walker Morton. He graduated from Huckabay High School, and attended Ranger Jr. College. He was a water well repairman, and an automobile and tractor mechanic. He was a member of the Church of Christ. Survivors include two daughters, Gina Morton of Stephenville and Amber of Stamford; son, Sam McCormick of Hamilton; mother, Frances Morton of Stephenville; sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Bill Davis of Stephenville; 3 grandchildren and 3 nieces and l nephew. He was preceded by his father, John E. Morton; a brother, John Wayne Morton; and a sister, Dorothy Patterson Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Assn.
