Brenda Diane Brown June 23, 1960-August 15, 2018 Brenda Diane Brown, 58 of Stephenville, died Wednesday, August 15, 2018 in Dallas, after a two year battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, August 25th at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery. Visitation will be 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Brenda was born in Teague, Texas on June 23, 1960 to Otis Hopkins and Hattie McCann. She married David Douglas Brown on December 4, 1998 in Dallas. Brenda was a member of New Bethel CME Church where she served as a stewardess. Survivors include her husband, David; two sons and a daughter, Dexter Brown of Hearne, Cecil House, Jr. of Terrell, and Hykeshia Washington Louden of Hearne; one brother, Ernest Brown of Calvert; three half-sisters, four nieces, eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
