GRAVESIDE SERVICE HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE STEPHENVILLE FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL AT 2:00PM THURSDAY, MARCH 5TH. Bonnie Davis Rhodes, 83, of Stephenville, died Monday, March 02, 2015, in Stephenville Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 5th at East Memorial Cemetery in Stephenville with Weldon Branham officiating. Her services are under direction of Stephenville Funeral Home. Bonnie was born on September 9, 1931 in Donley, Texas to the late Ollie B. and Addie Gertrude Watson Davis. She was a member of the Washington Street Baptist Church, a big support of Veteran's organizations, and Erath County Humane Society. She worked several years at Stephenville Laundry and Linen, and has lived most of her life in Stephenville. Bonnie was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Rhodes, December 18, 1989; and a son, Ronnie Rhodes in August of 2014. Survivors include her children, Linda and husband Edward Shubert of Dublin, Connie and husband Rick Dittoe of Stephenville, Randy Rhodes of Stephenville, Sandra Rhodes and Bryan Atchley of Stephenville, and Addie and husband John Melton also of Stephenville; brother, Frank Davis of Millsap; several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The Rhodes family wishes expression of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the Erath County Humane Society.
