Bonnie Alline (Childers) Bullard

Bonnie Alline Bullard, 89, of Stephenville, passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2016 in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, April 12, at Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel, with Frank Briscoe officiating. Graveside services will follow on Wednesday, April 13, at 1:00 PM at Alice Cemetery in Alice, Texas Bonnie was born on July 7, 1926 in Raymondville, Texas to the late Orble Alford and Bertha Blanch Reid Childers. She was raised in Mission, TX, and lived in Alice, TX where she retired from Southwestern Telephone Company after working 30 years. Bonnie married Charles Albert Bullard, May 27, 1978, and lived in Iredell before moving to Stephenville in 1994. Albert preceded her in death on February 27, 2015. Bonnie was a member of the Hillcrest Church of Christ where she taught Sunday school for a number of years. Bonnie is survived by her sisters, Cleo Wilsher of Utopia and Judy Shelton of Corpus Christi; brothers, Hubert Childers of Stephenville, and Leo Childers and wife Renee of Utopia; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Bonnie was also preceded in death by a sister, Virdtis Stephens; and a brother, Truman Childers. Online condolences may be made at www.stephenvillefh.com.
