Bobby Max Christian

Bobby Max Christian, 71, of Lingleville, died Monday, December 12, 2011 in Comanche. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, December 16th at the Lingleville Church of Christ in Lingleville. Services are under the direction of Stephenville Funeral Home Bobby was born on July 22, 1940 in Gorman to the late Thomas Cortez and Ruby Raulston Christian. He married Mary Johnston on November 14, 1981 in McGregor. Bobby served in the U. S. Air Force, was a member of the Masonic Lodge 32nd degree Scottish Rite, and a member of the Lingleville Church of Christ. Bobby was a farmer and rancher, and drove a Lingleville ISD school bus for over 20 years. Bobby is survived by his wife, Mary; son, William Christian of Lingleville; sister, Linda and husband Craig Menzies of Harper; several nieces, nephews, and many friends. Family wishes expressions of sympathy be made in the form of donations to the American Heart Association.
