Billy Jack Frizzell

Bluff Dale Billy Jack Frizzell, 86, of Bluff Dale, died Saturday, November 12, 2011 at his residence. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 15th at the Bluff Dale Baptist Church with Greg Robinson and Richard Jackson officiating. Burial will follow with a Masonic Graveside at Glenn Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 PM to 8 PM Monday at the Stephenville Funeral Home. Billy Jack was born on August 1, 1925 in Bluff Dale to the late William Andrew and Lula Holden Frizzell. He married Marionell Minter on June 26, 1949 in Tolar. Billy served in the U. S. Army during WWII. He was a member of Bluff Dale Baptist Church and a life long resident of Erath County. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He is survived by his wife, Marionell; daughters, Ruemma Taylor, LaNell McNaughten both of Bluff Dale, and Kay Thornton of Mineral Wells, nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
