Obituary Betty Jo (Meador) Ratliff February 24, 1935-March 28, 2018 Betty Jo Meador Ratliff, 83, of Granbury, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, in Granbury. Graveside services will be held at 4:30 PM Saturday, March 31st at East Memorial Cemetery in Stephenville. Visitation will be 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Betty was born on February 24, 1935 in Johnsville, to the late Joe B. and Ethel Walker Meador. She grew up in Stephenville, and has lived several places including Houston and Fort Worth, and has spent the last several years in Granbury. She was a member of the Baptist Church, and she loved to dance. Betty worked many years as a bookkeeper. Survivor include her son, Ira and wife Barbara Jean Ratliff of Granbury, sister, Grace Behrens of Brady; and her ex-husband and friend Ira L. Ratliff of Houston. Besides her parents, Betty was also preceded in death by a son Joel Ratliff in 2004.
