Betty Jo Hale

Betty Jo Hale, 82, of Stephenville passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 in Stephenville. Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday at East Memorial Cemetery in Stephenville with Rev. Emil Becker officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Stephenville Funeral Home. Betty was born on February 12, 1927 in Stephenville to the late Joe and Odell Barron Kizer. She married J.A. ‘Froggie' Hale on December 14, 1965 in Glen Rose and he preceded her in death on February 28, 2008. Betty was a member of the Riverside Baptist Church and has resided in Stephenville all of her life. She was a homemaker. She is survived by a daughter, Judy Bolling of Stephenville; son, Terry Haynes of Richland Hills; grandchildren, Randy Lee, Charity Bolling, Kerry Bolling all of Stephenville, and Vicki Foster of Springtown; and several great-grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by a grandson Chris Haynes.
