Betty Ann Devenyns

Betty Ann Devenyns, 82, of Stephenville, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2014, in Stephenville. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 at Shrine of Remembrance Funeral Home in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Entombment will follow at the Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum. Local arrangements were handled by Stephenville Funeral Home. Betty Ann was born on March 24, 1931 in Venice, Illinois to the late Thomas and Elizabeth Anna Scott Britt. She married Paul Devenyns on October 10, 1959 in Venice, Ill. He preceded her in death on September 20, 2004. Betty Ann spent many years in Colorado Springs, Colorado before moving to Stephenville 10 years ago. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, and was a homemaker. Betty is survived by her two sons, Tom and wife Susan Devenyns of Stephenville, and Ken and wife Cimberly Devenyns of Pueblo, Colorado; grandchildren, Jennifer Devenyns, Trisha Evans, Kim Devenyns, Wesley Devenyns, Jason Devenyns, Jayce Moore, and Jarrett Moore; and 5 great grandchildren.
