Bertha Acuna March 16, 1943 ~ February 10, 2018 Bertha Acuna, 74, of Stephenville passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 in Stephenville. Bertha was born March 16, 1943 in Falfurrias, Texas to the late Willie and Benilda Ortiz Castillo. She married Jesus Acuna and they had been together for fifty-eight years. Bertha was a homemaker. Bertha is survived by her husband, Jesus; daughters, Virginia Acuna, Carmen Acuna, Diana Torres, Isabell Manzano, Rosalinda Duran, and Janie Azua; sisters, Luz Bella Gallegos, and Lucia Diaz; brother, Vincent Castillo; and several grandchildren, including Joe Acuna, who Bertha and Jesus raised. Bertha was preceded in death by her sister, Adelita Tapia; and daughter, Adelita Sanchez.
