A. P. Rosser

A. P. Rosser, 73, of Stephenville, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2008 at his residence. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, November 8, 2008 at the Stephenville Funeral Home Chapel with Gary Williams officiating. Interment will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Erath County. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday at the Stephenville Funeral Home. A.P. was born on December 25, 1934 in Deming, New Mexico to the late Arthur Perry and Cecyl Keeter Rosser. He married Carole Rowan on June 3, 1957 in Idabell, Oklahoma. He has resided in Stephenville since 1968, and was a Rancher. A.P. is survived by his wife, Carole of Stephenville; son, A.P. Rosser, Jr. of Stephenville; three grandchildren, Amy Jo Bays, Brenda Jo Frazier, and Bo Rosser; two great-grandchildren, Memphis Allen Bays, and Jaxson Morrow Bays. He was preceded in death by a son, Arthur Larry Rosser; and three brothers. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
